Additional Information: Liberty Fountain Pen Company, NYC; founded in early 1900’s and went out of business sometime around 1930. This appears to be a “deluxe” version of their mid tier pens. Although they were known for hard rubber, this appears to be a celluloid with broad gf cap band and no brassing. Really a stunning example of an early New York City pen!
