Additional Information: The English Parker Victory was produced in the former Valentine Pen factory in Newhaven. Parker bought Valentine in 1945, 4 years after the Victory line started, and this particular model is the 4th iteration,the Mark IV. It was made from 1948-1952. The pen has some light discolouration and some dings in the cap, no brassing
